eCard Information

All certifications are distributed digitally via eCard. Please note that your certification is issued directly by the American Heart Association. If you encounter any delays or difficulties with the AHA's process, we are here to assist you in claiming your card.

Please allow up to 48 hours after your class and receipt of payment to receive your invitation email from the American Heart Association to claim your eCard. If you have not received it promptly, be sure to check your junk or spam folder. For assistance, feel free to call, text, or email us.

Please remember that ALL learners are responsible for claiming their own certifications.

Neither your employer nor the staff at CPR Sarasota can claim it on your behalf. Until you have claimed your card, it cannot be printed, downloaded, or shared by anyone else.
