Refund & Payment Policy
We understand that unavoidable circumstances arise and that some appointments have to be re-scheduled. If you must re-schedule, please contact us as soon as possible. PLEASE NOTE: Once your payment has been received, we will are unable to offer refunds for cancellations. We are, however, more than happy to reschedule your appointment and apply any payments previously received.
If you are running late to your class by more than 5 minutes, please call us at (941) 999-1277. In order to be respectful of everyone's time, you will need to be rescheduled into a different class if you are more than 10 minutes late.
Our instructors cannot accept personal checks. We gladly accept business checks, all major credit cards, cash, and money orders. Payment for courses is requested at the time of registration, but can be paid at the time of the class. Certifications will be issued after course fees have been paid in full, unless prior arrangements are made with our business office.
On-Site Booking Policy
There is a 6 registrant minimum for all on-site classes we commit to. The booking facility will be responsible for (at most) the minimum 6 person registration fee, despite absenteeism on the day of the class, unless otherwise approved in advance.
